- The activation code has been entered incorrectly. Make sure you’ve entered the activation code exactly as it appears, without any extra spaces or characters.
- The activation code has already been used. Activation codes can only be used once. Check to see if the eSIM has already been installed on your device.
- The activation code has expired. Activation codes are typically valid for a certain period of time. If you think your activation code might have expired, please get in touch with us.
