eSIM showing “No Service”

If your eSIM is showing “No Service”, it means your device is not connecting to the cellular network. There are several reasons why this might be happening:

  1. You are not in the eSIM service area. An Italian eSIM will only work in Italy, a USA eSIM will only connect in the USA, and so on.
  2. Your device is not set to use the eSIM for cellular data. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data, and make sure the eSIM is selected.
  3. The network is not available or is too weak. Try moving to a different location where the signal might be stronger.
  4. Your device’s network settings need to be reset. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note that this will also delete all your Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.

If you have tried all the above steps and your eSIM still shows “No Service”, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
