If your eSIM is showing “No Service”, it means your device is not connecting to the cellular network. There are several reasons why this might be happening:
- You are not in the eSIM service area. An Italian eSIM will only work in Italy, a USA eSIM will only connect in the USA, and so on.
- Your device is not set to use the eSIM for cellular data. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data, and make sure the eSIM is selected.
- The network is not available or is too weak. Try moving to a different location where the signal might be stronger.
- Your device’s network settings need to be reset. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note that this will also delete all your Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.
