If you’ve added more data to your eSIM and it’s not working, it may take a while for the network to activate the new data pack. Here’s what you can do:
- Toggle Airplane Mode: On your device, switch on Airplane Mode and then switch it off. This helps to reestablish the connection with the network and can kickstart the data authentication process.
- Wait for Activation: Allow up to 15 minutes for your eSIM to authenticate on the network and start receiving data.
