If you’ve added more data to your eSIM and it’s not working, it may take a while for the network to activate the new data pack. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Toggle Airplane Mode: On your device, switch on Airplane Mode and then switch it off. This helps to reestablish the connection with the network and can kickstart the data authentication process.
  2. Wait for Activation: Allow up to 15 minutes for your eSIM to authenticate on the network and start receiving data.
